case of dissatisfaction with the merchandise, it must be reported to us no later than 24 hours

Please keep all original packaging materials or your will not qualify for a refund. We will then provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Our store will be glad to return or exchange any product, but ONLY the ones with CLEARLY MARKED RMA number and original packaging. Any returned merchandise that is not packaged in its original packaging and that is not CLEARLY MARKED with an RMA number that we provided on the outside of the box will simply not be accepted by our staff in our warehouse.
In case you decide to return the goods you received from us, All merchandise must be returned no later than 10 days from receipt. Moreover, any requests
of a return or an exchange should be made through email at email@example.com no later than 24 hours of receipt of merchandise or order will not be refundable, nor exchangeable. Due to the nature of the workmanship of our products, our return policy is strictly enforced.
As all our products are all handmade, pictures shown on the website may vary slightly from the products ordered. Slight variations in products are not considered damages, and therefore do not meet the requirements for either a refund nor an exchange.

- Orders that are canceled before being shipped will be subject to a 5% credit card processing fee and 10% order cancellation fee.

Our store does not accept COD deliveries and will not refund any return shipping fees. All large merchandise that uses freight as a shipping method will not be refundable. As our products are all handmade, our return policy is strictly enforced.
All our products that are in stock will generally be shipped within a week to three weeks from placing the order using any carrier at our discretion. All special and custom orders will be shipped within twelve to sixteen weeks from placing the order. As all custom and special orders are made by artisans in
Morocco , Star of Morocco is not responsible for lead time. Lead time can be
any time from four to sixteen weeks.
